Justo Lo Prete

Justo Lo Prete has a law degree from the School of Law of Universidad Católica Argentina and was awarded a postgraduate Specialization Degree in Criminal Law from Universidad de Belgrano.

Besides participating in many courses related to criminal law matters, he has extensively traveled abroad and attended seminars of lawyers specializing in this field (he is identified in Who´s Who Legal as a specialist lawyer in asset recovery)

Mr. Lo Prete has worked at Durrieu Abogados since 1992 and this has enabled him to develop professionally in the most diverse branches of criminal law, to which he has devoted himself entirely throughout his professional life.

Héctor Guillermo Vidal Albarracín

Customs Law Specialist, he played a key role in the Drafting Committee of the Argentine Customs Code, Law 22.415, in force since 1981, as well as in the Review Committee for the Draft MERCOSUR Customs Code (March 2000 version).

He has taught Customs Law and Customs Criminal Law at several prestigious Argentine universities, as well as internationally. His contributions as a speaker at international conferences are also noteworthy. He is the author of numerous significant publications in the field, including analyses and commentaries on the Customs Code and treatises on customs-related offenses.

In the professional sphere, he served as Legal Advisor to the National Customs Administration and later founded the law firm Barreira, Rodríguez Larreta, Sciutto Klot, Vidal Albarracín (BRSV). He has been appointed Substitute Judge at the National Court of Appeals for Economic Criminal Matters and the National Court of Criminal Cassation, and has been recognized for his leadership in the field by Chambers & Partners.

Fundó con su padre el estudio que lleva su apellido. Fue Presidente del Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires entre 2002 y 2006, Subsecretario de Justicia de la Nación, Fiscal de Estado Adjunto de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y Conjuez de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones de la Plata hasta el año 2006. Tuvo una rica actividad académica como profesor titular en la Universidad Austral, profesor titular consulto de la UCA y honorarios causa de la Universidad Católica de Salta.
