Guillermo Arias
Born in the province of Salta on June 21, 1971. In 1996, he graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Academic Work
He participated in many conferences, among which “Reform of the National Code of Criminal Procedure”; “Justice Administration” organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires; “Crime of Embezzlement”, “Corporate Crime Law” and “Practical Course on the Tax Criminal Act.” He pursued a postgraduate course in Criminal Law from Universidad Austral (2006-2007).
Working Experience
From 1990 to 1995, he was a member of the Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal Nro. 6 [National Court for Criminal and Correctional Matters Nº6]. In the year 1995, he was appointed deputy clerk of the court.
In 1997 he started working at Durrieu Abogados as an associate. His professional work is vast in the field of corporate crime law, giving advice to individuals, airlines, railway and armored transportation companies, laboratories and insurance companies in matters related to criminal law in general. He has also represented foreign states in extradition processes heard before courts in our country.

Nicolas Durrieu
Born in the City of Buenos Aires on October 27, 1981. He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Católica Argentina in the year 2006.
Academic Work
In the year 2005, he attended a semester at the Law School of Université d’Orléans, France. In 2011 he completed a master’s degree in International Law (LL.M.) and a certificate in National Security from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., United States. He is currently attending a master’s degree in Criminal Law at Universidad Austral and is a teaching assistant of Criminal Law at Universidad Católica Argentina. Moreover, he has attended many courses and published articles in various journals.

Over the year 2003, he worked in the Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal de Instrucción N° 8, [National Court for Criminal Matters Nº8] Office N° 125. In 2009 he was a consultant in the Global Program against Money-Laundering, Proceeds of Crime and the Financing of Terrorism of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna, Austria. In 2009 and 2010, he was appointed summary clerk in the Office of Legal Proceedings of the Ministry of Economy via decree law 665/2011, by which he gave advice on criminal matters to different departments in the Ministry. Having previously worked as an associate, in 2014 he was made partner at Durrieu Abogados. He also provides counsel to national congressmen and senators.

Juan Martín López Quesada
Born in the City of Buenos Aires on July 27, 1974. In 2000 he graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Over the years 2003 and 2004, he completed the postgraduate course in Criminal Law from Universidad Católica Argentina. He has participated in various seminars and conferences on the matters of Economic Crime Law and Criminal Procedure Law. He has worked as a professor of Criminal Law in the MLL in High-Tech from Universidad Católica Argentina and in the MLL in Business from ESEADE. Justo Lo Prete
Born in the City of Buenos Aires on November 24 1967. He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Católica Argentina in the year 1993.

Besides taking part in many courses related to criminal law matters, he attended a postgraduate course at Universidad de Belgrano, where he was awarded the degree of Lawyer Specialized in Criminal Law. He has traveled abroad several times to different lawyers’ conferences specialized in the subject-matter.

Diego Seitun
He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Católica Argentina in the year 2000.

He completed a postgraduate course in Criminal Law from Universidad Austral (2003) and a PhD in Criminal Law and Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain, and was awarded with the degree of suficiencia investigadora [investigating sufficiency] (DEA) in 2007. Guillermo Vidal Albarracín
Born in the City of Buenos Aires on September 26, 1977. He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Austral in the year 2000 and was awarded with the degree of Specialist in Criminal Law in the year 2006.
Academic work
He has taught in the courses “Criminal Law”, “Criminal Procedure Law” and “Customs Law and Economic Crime Law” at Universidad Argentina de Empresas.
He was also a professor and coordinator in the postgraduate course in customs law at Escuela de Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado, as well as a lecturer and coordinator at many conferences organized by Centro de Despachantes de Aduana on the liability of customs dispatch agents. He is currently a professor of Customs Crimes in the postgraduate program of Universidad Nacional de la Plata (2013-to date) and a visiting professor in the postgraduate program in Customs Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad Di Tella.
He collaborated in the book Delitos Aduaneros (Customs Crimes) written by Héctor Guillermo Vidal Albarracín, Ed. Mave (October 2004. Updated and broadened in 2006 and 2010). He co-wrote the books La responsabilidad del despachante de aduanas (Liability of Customs Dispatch Agents) and El despachante de aduana (Customs Dispatch Agents) (2016), Editorial Guía Práctica – Ediciones IARA SA. He compiled the book Jornadas de Trabajo de Derecho Aduanero – Lucha contra el contrabando de estupefacientes, cigarrillos, mercaderías falsificadas y copias piratas (Conferences on Customs Law – Fighting Against Drugs, Tobacco, Counterfeit Goods and Piracy) , Editorial Abeledo Perrot (2010) and the books of the conferences on preventive practices against drug trafficking (2011 and 2012). He co-wrote the updated and broadened version of Tome III of the book Código aduanero comentado (Customs Code Explained) Editorial Abeledo Perrot (2011) and wrote various articles in journals.

From 1998 to 2016 he was a partner in the law firm of Dr Barreira, Rodriguez Larreta, Vidal Albarracín (Estudio BRSV) in the area of General Criminal Law and Economic Crime Law.
